In the summer of 2012 my son, Josh, and I drove around the United States. The journey became a project in mindfulness, and formed the basis of my book 'Life is a Road Trip, a journey into mindfulness'. We picked a theme for each of the eight weeks, and we paid attention to what showed up.
Some of the themes are shown in the section below. For each theme there are subthemes, as well as mini-coaching sessions to help people understand how the theme influences them, and how they can improve their impact, i.e. how they show up in the world, in order to get better results.
